In this fresh green season, we are pleased to hear that your company is prospering more and more. We would like to thank you for your continued efforts to properly dispose of chlorofluorocarbons and airbags.
In order to eliminate improper disposal of airbags and to confirm the implementation of safety measures, Japan Auto Recycling Partnership(hereinafter referred to as JARP) and the auditors commissioned by JARP(Yano Research Institute Ltd. and Nissan Creative Service Co. (hereinafter referred to as "Nissan") will conduct a no-notice* on-site audit. The audit will be conducted without notice*. Since on-site inspections by the national and local governments will also be conducted for some of you, we would appreciate your cooperation in accepting and facilitating the audits and inspections.
In the event that a serious improper event is discovered during the on-site audit, onboard deploymentof airbags will be immediately suspended and the airbags will be removed and collected from that day onward. The following documents will be posted on the JARPwebsite, so please be sure to review them in advance.

- (1) If there is no report of operational delivery through 1, or if the appropriate demolition business permit is not submitted, etc., the registration as a subscribing business operator may be terminated. (For details, see ② in 1) above.)
- In the event of an accident or other incident related to airbag disposal, please preserve the scene as much as possible (photographs are acceptable) and contact JARPas soon as possible. (Instructions from the police, etc., should be given priority.)
