Basic Policy on Information Security

A general incorporated association, Japan Auto Recycling Partnership (hereinafter referred to as “the Corporation”) will systematically and continuously address information security based on the following policies to live up to the trust of society as a partner in automobile recycling.

1) Establishment of internal systems

The Corporation will establish formal internal rules for information security measures to maintain and improve information security.

2) Employee Initiatives

All Corporation employees shall acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and ensure that the Corporation's approach to information security is sound.

3) Compliance with legal and contractual requirements

The corporation will conduct its business in compliance with laws, regulations, codes, and contractual obligations related to information security and will meet the expectations of all concerned parties.

4) Response to violations and accidents

In the event of a violation of laws and regulations, a breach of contract, or an accident related to information security, the Corporation will take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence.
