Automobile manufacturers are responsible for taking back the fluorocarbons delivered by the fluorocarbons recovery operators and entrusting them to be destroyed.

Collection Standards

Automotive manufacturers have established acceptance standards to ensure safety during each stage of collection, storage, and transportation, while also enhancing the convenience and social efficiency for Fluorocarbons recovery operators.
*Please note that if the Fluorocarbons do not conform to the "Properties," "Packing Style," or "acceptance method" specified in the acceptance standards, collection will generally be refused, and Fluorocarbons recovery fees will not be paid.

Measures to be Taken When the Automobile Recycling System is Suspended

In the event of any malfunction, such as a disaster or system failure, in the End-of-Life Vehicle Recycling System, causing the movement reporting function to stop, please follow the PDF below for electronic manifest input and complete it after the system has been restored.

Furthermore, operations such as the transfer of end-of-life vehicles to the next business operator can continue regardless of system downtime. In such cases, please record the necessary items for later input in a ledger or input record memo, and complete the input after the system has been restored.

We have provided the "(During System Downtime) Alternative Operations Manual / Input Record Memo Sheet" below for entering necessary items; please download and utilize it.

Process leading to Fluorocarbons collection

Before handing over Fluorocarbons to a transport company, please review the following procedures and documents and take appropriate action.

Arrangement of Logistics Equipment

Recently, following incidents where Fluorocarbons were released into the atmosphere due to impacts such as overturning during the transportation of large cylinders,
currently, to prevent leakage during transportation, large cylinders that are not equipped with 'leak-prevention caps (seal caps)' and 'packed in dedicated cylinder cases' cannot be accepted.
We kindly request that you prepare dedicated cylinder cases and leak-prevention caps (seal caps) using the application form below.

To transfer Fluorocarbons, they must be stored in specialized containers. First-time operators will be provided with the necessary logistics equipment by our organization; please apply using the form below.

Automobile fluorocarbons Delivery Letter

When delivering large cylinders and dedicated pallets to the designated collection point, it is necessary to attach an Automotive Fluorocarbons Delivery Slip to each large cylinder and dedicated pallet. Please fill in the required information, place it in the "Automotive Fluorocarbons Delivery Slip holder," and attach it to the large cylinders and dedicated pallets.

*If you are using the designated freight collect method, the dedicated Fluorocarbons collection slip provided by the transportation company at the time of pickup will serve as the Automotive Fluorocarbons Delivery Slip, so there is no need to create a separate Automotive Fluorocarbons Delivery Slip.

The following explains the collection fees for fluorocarbons and collection/actuation fees for airbags.
