Do you collect accidental/submerged/damaged lithium-ion batteries?
For vehicles that have been involved in an accident or have been submerged in water, we will conduct a verification after receiving the pickup request, so please prepare photos of the relevant areas and the entire vehicle to show deformation, leakage conditions, submerged marks, etc. caused by the accident.
Please register your vehicle in the system first. After registering your pickup request, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the condition of the vehicle.
What should I do with LiBs that do not meet the Collection Standards?
Our system cannot collect them. Please dispose of them properly at your own risk.
(Contract for disposal as industrial waste, consult with the local government, etc.)
Do you collect LiBs that have been partially disassembled?
LiBs that have been disassembled or modified cannot be accepted because their safety cannot be guaranteed.
There is no manufacturer option for collection.
