整備交換された又は車台番号不明なエアバッグ類の処理はどうすればよいのか。

整備交換されたエアバッグ類や使用済自動車から取外回収され、車台番号が管理されていないエアバッグ類については、自動車リサイクル法に基づく引取りができません。
そのため、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律（廃棄物処理法）に基づく産業廃棄物としての処理が必要となります。
処理施設のご紹介が可能ですので、コチラからお問い合わせください。
なお、一般ユーザーの方からのエアバッグ類の処理依頼はお受けしておりません。

What should we do with the unused collection cases, etc., in our office?

Please send it by prepaid mail to the following address.

Please do not include airbags in the package.

There is no case or bag to store airbags.

For collection cases, bags, etc., please download the necessary documents from here (Manuals ⇒ For First-Time Users ) and submit your request.
Please note that the dismantling operator must provide the packing tag (to be attached to the collection bag with the VIN number), except for the first time.

支払明細書はどこから取得できるのか。回収料金の支払対象期間はいつになるのか。

支払明細書は、ご自身で自動車リサイクルシステムへ「事業者ユーザーID(事業者コード7桁と000-000)」でログイン、ダウンロードし取得してください。
ログイン方法やダウンロード方法が解らない場合は、050-3786-7755（自動車リサイクルシステムコンタクトセンター）までお問合せください。
また、振込口座の変更についても、050-3786-7755（自動車リサイクルシステムコンタクトセンター）へご依頼ください。

支払対象期間は、毎月1日から月末までに指定引取場所にて引取報告が行われた車台分を翌月末にお支払いします。
