Please submit a pickup request through the system.
*You must agree to the terms and conditions when submitting a request.
*When submitting a request, you must answer the questions regarding the battery's condition.
*If the item does not meet the pickup criteria, photo verification will be required.
*If there are errors in your request or responses, we may refuse pickup or return the item.
Please note that you may be responsible for any costs incurred in such cases.
*Once your pickup request is complete, you will receive a registration confirmation email.

If there are any matters requiring confirmation from the manufacturer or JARP, we will contact you via the system.
※A notification will be sent via email; please respond through the system screen.
　Once confirmation is complete, we will proceed with pickup arrangements.

You will receive a notification from the transportation company contracted JARP to schedule a pickup date and time.
*Please note that this may take approximately 5 business days from the time of registration.
*Please be sure to specify a date and time when the person responsible for removing the LiB can be present.
*Once the date and time are confirmed, you will be able to print the "Handling Instructions" from the system. Please print them before the pickup date and have them ready to hand over along with the applicable LiB.
If you have requested pickup for multiple LiBs, please store them so that the contents of the Handling Instructions match the actual items.
*Please note that there may be a delay between the confirmation of the date and time and when printing becomes available.

The transport company will arrive to pick up the LiB at the scheduled date and time, so please hand it over to them.
Please note the following when handing over the LiB.
* Please ensure the LiB is packaged according to the specifications outlined in the removal manual provided by the automaker or other relevant party.
*For details on the “Collection Standards” applicable when handing over LiB, please refer to the “Collection Standards,” “LiB Collection Request Manual,” and “Generator Operation Manual.”
*Please be present during the packaging inspection conducted by the transport company driver.
*If there are errors in your responses regarding the condition check, we may refuse to accept the LiB or return it.
Please note that you may be responsible for any costs incurred in such cases.
*Please sign for the LiB handover on the device brought by the transport company driver.
*Please load the LiB onto the transport company’s truck using a forklift or similar equipment.
