Now, Japan Auto Recycling Partnership(hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation"), a general incorporated association, is centrally contracting and managing fluorocarbons・ obligatory actions of automobile manufacturers, etc. for airbags, etc. based on the "Law Concerning Recycling, etc. of End-of-Life Vehicles (Automobile Recycling Law)" as a common contact point for automobile manufacturers, etc.

The Corporation has decided to conduct a periodic review of contractors for take-back and destruction of motor vehicles fluorocarbonsthrough bidding, targeting business operators licensed under Article 63, Paragraph 1 of the "Law Concerning the Rational Use and Proper Management of fluorocarbons( fluorocarbonsEmission Control Law)" ( fluorocarbonsDestroyer).
