Based on the results of the 2019 on-board actuationaudit, we are now conducting a web survey to ascertain the business knowledge of on-board actuationsubscribers regarding on-board actuationand to promote awareness of proper business practices through in-house education.
Please review the following documents, open the "Confirmation of Proper Processing Knowledge and Education Status" question form, and respond by the response deadline.
We understand that this is a difficult time for you due to the Corona disaster, but we would appreciate your cooperation as this information is necessary for the implementation of proper operations.

In order to eliminate improper disposal of airbags and to confirm the implementation of safety measures, Japan Auto Recycling Partnershipand auditors commissioned by the Organization (Yano Research Institute Ltd., Nissan Creative Service Co., Ltd.) will conduct an on-site audit without ^notice*. *Audits may be conducted with notification as an exception.
In the event that a serious improper event is discovered, work on airbags on-board actuationmay be suspended immediately. In such cases, please be advised that the airbag on-board actuationwork will be suspended from that day onward and only the removal and collection of airbags will be possible.
Some visitors will be subject to on-site inspections by government agencies. We ask for your cooperation in accepting audits and inspections and ensuring smooth progress.
